Our Performance Awards winners will be determined using the criteria below. All winners must meet minimum Flex performance standards to be eligible for an award. Winners will receive an award during our ceremony celebration. You must be present at the ceremony to be eligible to win an award.
The Agent Partner of the Year – Team Lead will be awarded to one leader of a large team, and one leader of a growing team — as defined by monthly connections**. Their team consistently delivers exceptional results, operates with discipline and professionalism, and fosters a culture of accountability, growth, and retention. This isn’t just about production — it’s about the kind of leadership that is respected within the Flex community and an unwavering commitment to partnership.

Closing Champion of the Year – Agent
This award goes to the top-producing Flex agent who turned opportunity into unmatched results. The Closing Champion of the Year honors the agent who closed the highest number of Flex connections with a minimum PCVR of 4% between January 1 and October 1, 2025.
This agent didn’t just show up—they owned the pipeline, wowed their clients and closed more deals than anyone else in the program. It's a recognition of hustle, follow-up, and delivering results with consistency, focus, and grit.
This recognition will be awarded to an agent. Team leads and Inside Sales Agents are not eligible for this award.

These awards are determined and awarded by Zillow Home Loans
Zillow Home Loans Partners of the Year awards honor a Flex agent and team lead (separate awards) who partnered with Zillow Home Loans, closing the highest number of ZHL-funded loans between January 1 and October 1, 2025. They consistently chose to connect buyers with ZHL to explore financing solutions, demonstrating deep trust in the Zillow Home Loans team and a commitment to delivering a seamless, end-to-end client experience.
Closing Competition Champion – Agent
Winner determined when competition ends
Get ready for the ultimate Flex face-off! The Closing Competition Champion – Agent award honors the agent who closes the most Flex connections between August 1 and October 31.
This is your moment to put your pipeline to work, stay laser-focused on conversion, and out-close the competition. Whether you're a rising star or a seasoned pro, this challenge is wide open—and it’s anyone’s game. In the event of a tie, we will consider PCVR to determine the final winner.
